These Terms govern your use of the Pulwatchers website and services provided by Pulwatchers Labs Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to monitor the targets you configure.
Acceptable use
You may only monitor systems you own or have permission to monitor. You agree not to use the service to disrupt third parties, to send excessive requests to targets you do not control, or for any unlawful purpose.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Service availability
We work hard to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Business-plan SLAs, where applicable, are described in your order.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulwatchers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from missed alerts or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
