Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan is genuinely free and doesn't ask for a card. You only add billing details when you upgrade.
What counts as a "check"?
A check is a single monitored target — one URL, host or heartbeat. Probing it from multiple regions does not count as multiple checks.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down at any time. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Annual plans are billed for ten months instead of twelve, so you get two months free.
